Abstract

The Digital Building Logbook (DBL) is a tool that aims to generate information about buildings, focusing on their energy efficiency.

In this paper, the indicators that should integrate the DBL to allow the assessment of the progress of the residential stock renovation are analyzed. A conceptual design of the architecture of the tool is proposed.
