Abstract

This work presents a 0.18-μm CMOS preamplifier for impedance measurement in electrical impedance spectroscopy systems, designed to prioritize low power consumption, low noise, and high common-mode rejection ratio, with post-fabrication tunable gain, suitable for portable biomedical devices.
