A validated model for correcting Confounding Factors in Corneal Densitometry

Confounding factors (brightness, ACD, CCT, tilt) introduce systematic bias in corneal densitometry measurements. A validated correction model, developed with synthetic data (n=1000) and validated clinically (n=132), enables accurate isolation of age-related corneal transparency changes, improving the reliability and clinical interpretation of densitometry assessments.
