Read-Out System for Bioimpedance Spectroscopy

This work presents the operation of a read-out system for bioimpedance (BioZ) spectroscopy for body composition analysis, based on a polar demodulation structure to independently determine magnitude and phase of BioZ, intended for monolithic Lab-on-a-Chip integrated circuits in CMOS technology.
