This research evaluates the use of catalyst + CO2-sorbent mechanically mixed (MM) solids for the separation, capture, and valorization of CO2, through the Sabatier reaction, from a desulfurized biogas stream. Furthermore, the effect of CH4 ready present in the feed stream on CO2 adsorption and subsequent methanation will be compared with results when CO2 was fed instead of biogas.
