Relación curvilínea entre liderazgo ético y creatividad dentro del sector eléctrico colombiano. El papel mediador de la autonomía laboral, el compromiso afectivo y la motivación intrínseca

Resumen

El sector eléctrico colombiano promueve la transparencia de una forma colectiva desde el año 2015 con buenas prácticas y un estilo de liderazgo ético como fuentes principales de crecimiento. Conjuntamente, la situación de incertidumbre mundial en la que estamos inmersos desde el año 2020 ha convertido a la creatividad en una de las principales ventajas competitivas organizacionales. Por eso, con esta investigación, se tiene como objetivo considerar si el estilo de liderazgo ético prevalente en el sector estudiado se relaciona con la creatividad mediante la autonomía laboral, el compromiso afectivo y la motivación intrínseca como variables mediadoras, utilizando un esquema metodológico cuantitativo y transversal con una muestra de 448 participantes. De los resultados se destaca que la asociación entre liderazgo ético y creatividad no es lineal, sino curvilínea. Además, la baja estructuración de tareas y el empoderamiento, junto con el fortalecimiento de competencias del seguidor y las relaciones de confianza que afianzan su autodesarrollo y autoeficacia, mejoran la autonomía laboral, la motivación intrínseca y el compromiso afectivo, lo que hace más significativa la mediación entre liderazgo ético y creatividad, que a su vez se fortalece a través de siete efectos indirectos.
