Análisis de la desigualdad de género y el liderazgo femenino en el sector logístico español

La igualdad de género es uno de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible. La logística, al igual que otros muchos sectores, ha sido tradicionalmente y sigue siendo en la actualidad uno de los más masculinizados. El objetivo principal de este estudio es conocer la valoración del liderazgo femenino tanto por los/as trabajadores/as del sector en España como por las mujeres directivas, analizando las causas de su baja presencia en estos puestos. Se ha empleado combinación metodológica de análisis cuantitativo (encuesta a trabajadores/as) y cualitativo (entrevistas semiestructuradas a directivas). Los resultados indican que la aceptación del liderazgo femenino por trabajadores/as del sector es alta, aunque las mujeres son más críticas ante estereotipos y más positivas ante un futuro con mayor liderazgo femenino. Se concluye que, gracias a los cambios legislativos y a la apertura del sector hacia el empleo femenino, cada vez más mujeres trabajan en el sector, accediendo además a puestos de liderazgo.
