Optimization methodology for noise- and distortion-canceling LNA

This work propose an optimization methodology for low noise amplifiers (LNA). The proposed method provides an improved information to the designer about the trade-offs between the desired specifications and the variables. The results of a 45-nm CMOS technology designed by this method are also presented.
