The hidden society. Vilhelm Aubert´s Pragmatic Legal Realism

This current research supposes an approximation to Legal Realism, in particular, to Vilhelm Aubert’s Norwegian Legal Realism, since it supposes a model worthy of study. The transversality of the author connects Pragmatism, Utilitarism, and Sociology with each other under a realistic legal framework. Vilhelm Aubert’s concept of Law reflects his Pragmatism, motivating and delimiting his concept of Law and the function of Law, while he uses Sociology to explore scenarios such as mental health, love, and dreams. The essence of Vilhelm Aubert´s Sociology is the right way of deeply going through people´s actions on daily basis.
