Territorial management requires precise, consistent, and up-to-date geospatial information that enables the characterization of both the physical properties of the territory and its resources, as well as the socio-environmental interactions with the population. Open access to these data is an essential requirement for the comprehensive analysis of territorial dynamics and for supporting modeling, planning, and evidence-based decision-making processes. The implementation of web platforms for territorial information was developed in three interdependent phases: (A) processing of territorial data, (B) development of the web environment, and (C) deployment of territorial information platforms. As a result, 26 platforms were implemented, incorporating 2 599 cartographic layers organized into 16 thematic areas. By 2024, the platforms recorded an average of 370 monthly visits and more than 100 registered users with download credentials, including Decentralized Autonomous Governments and the general public. The results demonstrate that the application of geospatial information technologies enhances data transfer and provides strategic inputs for territorial management stakeholders, thereby strengthening planning and evidence-based decision-making.
