Discapacidad y educación: respuesta aragonesa a las necesidades educativas especiales

La atención a la diversidad y más concretamente la atención a las necesidades educativas especiales desde el ámbito legislativo, debe constituir un continuo que permita atender, sin altibajos, todas las necesidades educativas surgidas a lo largo del tiempo.
El presente estudio realiza un análisis descriptivo de la legislación aragonesa existente sobre el tema, publicada desde la fecha de asunción de competencias educativas (1-01 -99) basando dicho análisis en el estudio comparativo con la legislación estatal que, como consecuencia de la perspectiva temporal con la que podemos analizarla, aparece como necesitada de algunos retoques o modificaciones surgidas de contextos socioculturales diferentes y de una cierta evolución actitudinal.
