Abstract

 

  • Mujer de 71 años de edad.
  • No alergias medicamentosas conocidas.
  • No hábitos tóxicos.
  • Hipercolesterolemia en tratamiento dietético.

Cirugías previas

  • Histerectomía + doble anexectomía por mioma uterino hace 25 años.
  • Intervenida en varias ocasiones de fibroadenomas mamarios.
  • Apendicetomía.
  • Hemorroidectomía
  • Cirugía del manguito de los rotadores derecho.

 

Historia oncológica

  • AF oncológico: sobrina materna con neoplasia de mama, sobrino materno con neoplasia testicular.
  • Carcinoma ductal infiltrante de mama derecha en cuadrante superoexterno pT1bN0M0.
    • Cuadrantectomía 20.02.2015
    • AP: Receptores estrógenos/Receptores progeseterona: 95%. 1 % cerb2 + Ki 67 5%.
    • RT adyuvante.
    • Inicia Anastrozol el 01.04.2015, con el que debe continuar hasta el 01.04.2020.

Enfermedad actual

  • Proctalgia al defecar de un año y medio de evolución, cada vez más progresiva e intensa.
