Hybrid modeling of the glioblastoma tumor environment under hypoxic conditions.

Mathematical or in silico models have proven to be very useful in cancer research. In this abstract, a hybrid model for the simulation of the glioblastoma environment is presented. The aim is to point out the advantages offered by these models to address this problem with respect to continuous and discrete models.
