Novel technique for obtaining multi-bit responses in Physically Unclonale Functions (PUF)

Physically Unclonable Functions (PUFs) have become one of the most important cryptographic primitives and in this paper a new technique, called second-order compensated measure, has been developed that achieves multi-bit responses thus improving PUF performance in terms of identifiability and entropy per area.
