Todos admitimos que cada organización tiene algo especial que la diferencia de las otras. No podemos entender y explicar estas peculiaridades sin recurrir a lo que es la cultura propia organizativa.
Las diferentes tipologías culturales marcan los procesos de cambio, consolidación, éxito y declive de las organizaciones. Convirtiéndose por ello imprescindible su estudio y comprensión. Es por ésto, por lo que se ha llevado a cabo una investigación de aproximación al conocimiento de la cultura/s de una organización en particular, cuyos resultados globales se presentan en este artículo.
