Ethos y Pathos de la xenofobia y racismo occidentales

La xenofobia y el racismo que actualmente manifiestan las sociedades occidentales hunden sus raíces en dos de sus más importantes pilares socioculturales, la representación humanista y la institución estatal. El problema es que, debido a su singular modo de actuar, tales pilares están erosionando el modo mismo en que los nosotros occidentales se autoinstituyeron. En el artículo se sugiere que para superar la actual crisis de identidad que padece occidente deberá ensayarse una nueva autoinstitución de los nosotros con la que no nos singularizaremos frente a los otros sino con ellos. Esta refundación de Occidente deberá permitir el retorno de las sociabilidades matriarcales. En esta línea se desenvuelve cierto feminismo radical que antepone la diferencia a la identidad.Downloads
