Prevención de riesgos laborales: el sector de la construcción en el punto de mira

Transcurrido más de año y medio desde la publicación de la Ley 31/95 de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, los datos estadísticos disponibles en el Sector de la Construcción arrojan cifras de siniestralidad muy parejas a las que se producían con anterioridad a la ley.
Las peculiaridades del sector dificultan la aplicación de la norma y requieren la adopción de una normativa específica y un mayor compromiso de las partes implicadas en las materias de seguridad e higiene y salud laborales.
