La conducta humana frente a los riesgos laborales: determinantes individuales y grupales

El propósito de este artículo es presentar algunas claves para la comprensión de las conductas de los trabajadores frente a los riesgos laborales. La complejidad de las mismas exigiría atender a cuatro niveles de análisis: intraindividual, interpersonal o intragrupal, intergrupal y organizacional. Nos centraremos en variables de tipo individual: percepciones, creencias y actitudes sobre el riesgo; considerando distintas líneas de influencia social relevantes.
