Abstract

Las personas con discapacidad, en sus procesos de comunicación, se encuentran con ciertas barreras, trabas u obstáculos, bien sean físicos o sensoriales, que limitan o impiden el normal desenvolvimiento o uso de los bienes y servicios. Para evitar esas situaciones de desventaja, existen distintas normativas que articulan el proceso de supresión de las mismas.

En este artículo se presentan algunos progresos que en materia de comunicación accesible, que se han dado para la comunidad de personas con discapacidad.
