Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar una aproximación a una nueva forma de empresa de economía social, la empresa de inserción, que está experimentado un importante e interesante crecimiento en el sector no lucrativo. Nueva forma de empresa de economía social que adolece de una regulación normativa específica e, incluso, de una conceptualización jurídica concreta.
