Our society, organised around work, is being attacked in its capacity to integrate the people forming part of it and its ability to explain the phenomena that are unfolding within it. It is becoming more opaque. There are those that speak of the disappearance of the working society as we know it today, without proposing anything more than ideal prototypes for new societies. And there are other voices that tell us that this work-oriented society belongs to the realm of nature: hence, it will not disappear. It is merely necessary to implement a few reforms, which will undoubtedly reinforce the groups that should continue to be privileged members of this social structure now just as they were before. It is in the midst of this discussion that the worker works.
The purpose of this paper is to look at the processes of work: the formation of groups in the workplace, relations within the work processes, resistance and gestures of solidarity in the daily work routine, and the manner in which the working subject is formed. In short, it is a matter of making the invisible struggle the eternal struggle visible.
