De la calidad de la vida laboral a los riesgos Psicosociales: evaluación de la calidad de vida laboral

Mediante este artículo pretendemos mostrar la importancia de comenzar la evaluación de riesgos psicosociales, tal como obliga la Ley de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, mediante la evaluación de la Calidad de vida laboral, que es la que debe tomarse como referencia en el proceso evaluativo de los problemas de carácter psicosocial y organizativo de una empresa. Definimos el concepto de Calidad de vida laboral, diferenciándolo del término Satisfacción laboral y matizando la diferencia con el concepto de Cultura organizativa. Asimismo, se presenta un modelo teórico y un cuestionario para la evaluación de la calidad de vida laboral, con las variables principales de análisis y las dimensiones de cada una de ellas.
With this communication we try to show the importance of beginning the evaluation of psychosocial risks, as it forces the law of prevention of Labour Risks, by means of the evaluation of the quality of working life, that is the one that must be taken like reference in the evaluative process of the problems of psychosocial and organizational character from a company. We define the concept of quality of working life differentiating it from the term Job Satisfaction and clarifying the difference with the concept of Organizational Culture. Also, one appears a theoretical model and a questionnaire for the evaluation of the quality of working life, with the main variables of analysis and the dimensions of each of them.
