The following work presents a research on the last social safety net, Minimum Insertion Income (MII). An analysis and an primary study on the implementation of these measures in the Region of Aragon where it is known as Aragonés Insertion Income (IAI). For this paper we have evaluate the implementation, its impact among poverty and the exclusion of such measures. Its philosophy has also been taken in consideration. For these reason several comparison have been made between Aragon and other regions of Spain. This methodology has been chosen because the responsibility has been transferred to a regional administrative level.
