• “Debido a los nuevos practicantes de deportes de montaña, regulares o esporádicos, deportistas o turistas, se torna necesario incorporar al estudio de los mismos cuáles deberían ser los parámetros a considerar para la resolución de eventuales conflictos, así como el alcance y extensión de la obligación de seguridad y la responsabilidad de los guías de montaña, conjuntamente con las disposiciones relativas a la defensa de consumidores y usuarios”.
• “Due to the new practitioners of mountain sports, whether on a regular or somewhat sporadic basis, by sportsmen or holidaymakers, it is becoming necessary to open up the study to the incorporation of what should be the parameters to take into consideration for solving any potential conflicts, along with the scope and extension of safety obligations and the responsibility of the mountain guides, together with the provisions relating to the defence of consumers and users”.
