• This paper aims to establish the quality of businesses engaged in adventure tourism or active tourism in the Principality of Asturias. A descriptive research study is conducted using a questionnaire divided into three sections: general information, content and supplementary questions formed by open-ended and closed questions. The survey was sent by email to adventure companies operating in the region, who completed it online. The results show that Asturian adventure companies offer a high level of quality in their services, the properties of which are based on the importance of legislation, the lack of resources for developing new initiatives, and customer value.
