Abstract

This paper proposes an approach to the works of Oyola and Cabezón Cámara, two of the most interesting voices in the panorama of contemporary Argentine narrative scene. First, we provide elements for a description of the poetics of these authors. We examine the way in which both build marginal territories and we detail some features of their styles. . In second place, we investigate the way they operate transtextually with the Catholic discourse, from a perspective that we define as profane, heterodox and popular.
