SALDUIE is published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 4.0 Spain license (CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0). Copying, use, distribution, transmission and public display is permitted, provided that: 1) the authorship and the original source of publication (magazine, publisher and URL of the work) are acknowledged, 2) it is not used for commercial purposes, 3) it is not derivative works are created; and 4) the existence and specifications of this license are mentioned.

SALDUIE meets the definition of open access publications of DOAJ (www.doaj.org), which responds to the Budapest Open access Initiative:

"Journals in which the copyright owner of an academic work offers rights of use to third parties using an open license (Creative Commons or equivalent), allowing immediate access to the work and allowing any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or link full texts of articles, crawl them for indexing, convert them into data for software, or use them for any legitimate purpose."
